Bracelet "Leaves of Change"

INSPIRATION

The leaves for these pendants were hand collected in Northern Vermont in the fall of 2020. The changing colors show them in their process of reclaiming nutrients from the foliage and allowing them to fall from the branches before the winter sets in.  These stores of energy allow them to survive the winter and flourish in the spring. 

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Metal alloys create an antique bronze finish as a setting for the naturally dried maple leaves.  Glass Cabochons cover the leaves, they are attached to a leather strap with a chainlink clasp.
